Isaiah 1:16–17 NRSV
Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean;
remove the evil of your doings
from before my eyes;
cease to do evil,
learn to do good;
seek justice,
rescue the oppressed,
defend the orphan,
plead for the widow.
It's unhelpful to use the phrase 'social justice' in the US now - it has become politicized. So what shall we call the great imperative of God to His children to live recreatively on Planet Earth? Societal Justice? Social Righteousness? Perhaps Social Christlikeness?

Dear Pastor Eddie,
We are from Calvary Chapel in Nashua and saw Marie at Soulfest . We would like to invite you and your church family to Woodsiestock 14.We have attended in the past and this year host Dave Dunkel of Shepherds View Band and owner of Shepherds Hill Ranch has asked us to open it up to local churches as the Spirit leads us. It is a day of secular & Christian music, BBQ and fellowship set on Shepherds Hill overlooking White Oak Pond in Holderness, N.H. The purpose is to minister the message to the lost. Please feel welcome to invite unsaved family members or friends. Our desire is to serve the body of Christ by connecting and supporting the faithful servants ,in love and obedience: all for the glory of God. Attached is the flyer. There is no charge but we do need RSVP for the BBQ. Directions are available. Please email with any questions or call 603-883-7676. This is our business number.
Yours in Christ,
Paul & Jeanne Melnick
